Our Capabilities

We are a Melbourne based machine shop that has been in business for over 25 years. We have recently focused on 4x4 and offroad parts. 

 

Milling Machines

We have multiple milling machines, CNC and manual machines. We have the capability to machine up to 7000mm long by 2500mm high. 

 Lathes 

We have multiple lathes, CNC and manual machines. We have the capability to machine up to 3500mm long by 1500mm swing 

Vertical Borers 

We have multiple vertical borers. Up to 2700mm swing by 1900mm high 

Over Head Crane.

We have a 35 ton overhead crane on site at Stavweld Engineering. Giving us the capability to do large scale jobs.

CNC Laser/plasma cutting.

We offer high precision laser cutting for materials up to 16mm in thickness and plasma cutting on material on up to 300MM in thickness
