Order Cancellation Policy

At Stavweld Engineering, many of our products are manufactured or prepared to order. As a result, all orders are processed promptly once placed.

No Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations for any reason, including change of mind. All orders are considered final once submitted.

Order Changes (Incorrect Items Selected)
If you have selected incorrect items when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Where your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to amend the order to the correct product. 

Please note that once an order has entered production, been custom-made, or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Exceptions
In the event that we are unable to supply your order or a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a refund.

Warranty Claims
