Many of our products are manufactured or prepared to order. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and current workload. Estimated lead times are provided on product pages where applicable.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification confirming dispatch.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via reputable courier and postal services. The shipping method will be selected at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance included as standard, covering the value of your items during transit. This ensures protection against loss or damage while your order is in the care of the delivery provider.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider; however, we will assist where possible in resolving delivery issues.

Incorrect Address Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and missed, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional fees may apply for redelivery in some cases.
