This is our Warn 8274 Bearing End Plate Conversion. We have designed a kit to install a ball bearing replacing the Factory plastic bushing. This upgrade will improve the life of your motor and gearbox by reducing rolling pressure by holding the drum square to gears and eliminate rubbing of the drum on the plastic bush. We have designed a CNC machined stainless bearing cup that fits into the factory bush location without any modification. Holding a sealed bearing that locates onto a machined bearing puck that has to be welding into the drum.  

This product requires welding to be installed. This will fit factory Drum, factory end plates and the Stavweld Engineering Billet end plate
